Drake's has been a member of Schroon Lakes Business Community since the 1930's. Drake's lodging evolved from a guest house in the late 1930's and basic motor lodge of the 1950's to a comfortable, updated motel providing single to family-size units each with modern amenities from air conditioning to coffee makers to cable TV in the rooms.

An outdoor pool is located conveniently near the motel units.  Drake's Restaurant is AAA rated. It is open Memorial Day to Columbus Day. Dinner is served daily during the season. The dinner menu features Italian specialties and seafood, as well as traditional favorites.
